New Turbo2 Kits and Speaker Adapter Debuts from Metra Electronics at CES 2018

Holly Hill, FL - January 9, 2018 – In addition to a wide range of TurboKits®, TurboTouch™ and the all-new TurboTactile™ Kits, Metra Electronics® is also introducing two new Turbo2 Kits and a speaker adapter at CES 2018. The new kits and speaker adapters will be on display at booth #5211 in the North Hall from January 9-12, 2018.
Turbo2 Kits for Kia Niro and Nissan Maxima
Turbo2 Kits feature integrated electronics that retain the climate controls and most of the driver customization features functions normally lost after removing the factory radio. The 99-7382B is for the Kia Niro 2017 and up*, with parts included for the installation of both Single-DIN and Double-DIN radios. It features laser etched graphics for the climate controls. This kit is painted to match the factory finish, and is anticipated to begin shipping in the spring of 2018. The 99-7633 is a Turbo2 Kit for the Nissan Maxima 2009-2014 models with the optional Tech Package. It features integrated circuit boards and buttons that retain the climate controls and most of the driver customization menus. It is designed for both Single-DIN and Double-DIN radio installations, and built and painted to match the factory color and appearance.
Speaker Adapter for Fiat 500
Metra Electronics is introducing a speaker adapter for Fiat 500 2017 and up* models. The 82-6544 features a break-away tab design that allows flexibility for installation of aftermarket 6” to 6 ¾” speakers in the front doors. It includes one pair of adapters.
