This stereo installation kit is engineered to help you install a shallow-mount radio, an “L” shaped radio with the chassis at the bottom of the screen, or a 4” tall (Double-DIN) aftermarket radio into the original vehicle dashboard. This dash kit helps make radio replacement easier and is painted scratch-resistant matte black to match the original look and feel of the vehicle’s dashboard. Modifications to the sub-dash are required to install a standard Double-DIN radio, and detailed instructions are included. Installing an aftermarket radio can upgrade the sound quality and provide additional features the original factory radio couldn’t offer, but this dash kit is required to make it fit.
