This cable kit allows you to add door lock actuators to cable driven systems without damaging the factory door cables. Unlike other cable kits this one only requires drilling a couple of holes in the door lock lever and attaching the cable (rod) to the factory lever lock then to the actuator. The flexible cable (rod) allows you to remotely mount the door lock actuator in any position required. This saves you time and makes adding actuators to cable door lock systems easy.
